The Silver Move was represented by his first winner at stud on Thanksgiving 2003 when Black Raven broke his maiden in the third start of his career at Laurel.
Black Raven was one of three foals from The Silver Move's first crop. The Silver Buck colt currently stands for $1,500 at Signature Stallions near Reddick, Florida.
The Silver Move won the 1996 G3-Remsen Stakes to establish himself as a legitimate contender for the 1997 Triple Crown. He finished on the board in both the G3-Swale Stakes (3rd) and G3-Nashua Stakes (4th).
